Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of bravocv.com and the services provided by Recruiting Lab. By using our services you fully accept these terms: please read them carefully before purchasing.
Definitions
- ·Bravo CV / We: Recruiting Lab, Via San Raffaele 1, 20121 Milan, Italy
- ·User / You: any adult natural person who uses the site or purchases the services
- ·Services: CV analysis, LinkedIn profile analysis, CV optimisation and rewriting, CV-to-job matching, interview practice and related services
- ·Personalised content: any document or output (CV, LinkedIn profile, report, interview questions) generated specifically for the User based on the information they provide
Nature of the service
Bravo CV is a career training tool designed for junior and early-career profiles. Our services rely on artificial intelligence systems that analyse the documents you upload and generate suggestions, proposals and content.
All outputs (analysis, rewritten CVs, LinkedIn profiles, matches, interview questions) are AI-generated proposals provided for support and practice purposes: they are not binding decisions, individual professional advice, or any guarantee of results. You must always check them for accuracy and retain final control before using them.
Eligibility
- ·Be at least 18 years old
- ·Provide truthful and accurate information
- ·Be the owner of the data and information you provide to us
- ·Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Services offered
- ·Free analysis — automated analysis of your CV (and optionally your LinkedIn profile) with a score and suggestions. No obligation.
- ·CV + LinkedIn optimisation — rewriting of the CV and optimisation of the LinkedIn profile for readability and ATS systems, based on the information you provide and a text-based (chat) clarification interview.
- ·CV-to-job match — adaptation of the CV to a specific job advert you indicate. It must always be checked and validated by you.
- ·Interview practice (purchased separately, see art. 10) — mock interview sessions, general or tailored to a specific job advert, in voice form.
Characteristics of delivered documents
- ·Format: CVs are delivered as PDF files using the proprietary Bravo CV template, optimised for ATS readability.
- ·No photo: CVs do not include a photo, as ATS systems may misinterpret it as a problematic graphic element and a photo can be a source of discrimination.
- ·ATS-friendly structure: no complex columns, tables, charts or elements that may confuse automated systems.
- ·AI-generated content: outputs are proposals based on the data you provide and must always be checked and validated by you.
Prices and payments
- ·Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£), VAT included where applicable.
- ·Payment is processed via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- ·The service is provided as a monthly subscription with automatic renewal (see art. 7).
- ·A receipt/invoice is sent by email on each charge.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
- ·The subscription renews automatically every month, charging the payment method on file, until cancelled.
- ·You can cancel automatic renewal at any time directly from your dashboard. Cancellation is effective if made before the end of the current monthly billing period: no further charges will be made and you keep access to the service until the end of the period already paid for.
- ·Amounts already charged for the current period are non-refundable, in particular where analysis or processing of the personalised content has already started (see art. 9).
- ·If a renewal payment fails, access to the service may be suspended.
Service delivery and timing
- ·Purchase — choose the service and complete payment.
- ·Upload and questionnaire — upload your CV (and optionally your LinkedIn) and provide the requested information.
- ·AI processing — the system starts the analysis and generates the content.
- ·Delivery — you receive the results directly in the platform.
The service is deemed started/supplied at the moment the analysis of your CV (and optionally your LinkedIn profile) begins, because from that point processing and generation of your personalised content start. This moment is relevant to your right to cancel (see art. 9).
Right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that the right to cancel is thereby lost. Our services consist of the creation of personalised digital content.
Before the service starts
You may cancel and obtain a full refund as long as the analysis of your CV (and optionally your LinkedIn profile) has not started. Requests should be sent by email to [email protected].
After the analysis starts
Once the analysis of your CV/LinkedIn has started, processing of your personalised content begins and no refund is due, as the content is specific to you, generated immediately with your express consent and cannot be re-used.
Express consent
By purchasing and starting the analysis, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you consent to performance beginning immediately, and that you acknowledge you will lose the right to cancel once processing has started.
Interview practice package
- ·The service consists of voice-based mock interviews, general or tailored to a specific job advert. Your voice answers are transcribed and analysed by our AI systems (see art. 14 and the Privacy Policy).
- ·The questions generated by the AI are consistent with your profile and/or the advert you indicate, but do not necessarily match those actually asked in a real interview. It is a practice tool based on the STAR method, not a prediction of the real interview.
- ·Refund: the interview package is refundable only if no session has been used. Requests must be made before starting the first session; once even a single interview has been used, no refund is due.
User obligations
You agree to:
- ·Provide truthful, complete and accurate information.
- ·Not enter false or misleading data, or data belonging to third parties without authority.
- ·Check and validate the generated content (CV, LinkedIn, match, questions) before using it.
- ·Not use the service abusively, in an automated manner, or for purposes other than those intended.
Bravo CV is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that:
- ·We do not guarantee that you will obtain interviews, offers or employment. As a training tool, success in your job search depends on many factors outside our control.
- ·AI outputs are indicative, non-binding proposals that you must always verify. Bravo CV is not liable for choices or consequences arising from using the content without such verification.
- ·ATS scores and assessments are indicative and based on tests with the main software on the market.
- ·Mock interviews do not predict the real interview (see art. 10).
- ·To the extent permitted by law, Bravo CV’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant service.
Intellectual property
- ·The content created specifically for you (CV, LinkedIn profile) belongs to you.
- ·The template, format, methodology and site content (text, graphics, logos) remain the property of Recruiting Lab and are protected by copyright.
- ·You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our templates and content.
Artificial intelligence
- ·Analysis, rewriting, matching and interview questions are generated with the help of artificial intelligence systems.
- ·Results are indicative and do not replace human judgement; you always retain final control over decisions about your CV, profile and applications.
- ·Google Gemini — analysis, content and interview-question generation.
- ·OpenAI (Whisper) — transcription of voice answers in interview practice.
Data protection
The processing of your personal data (including the content of your CV/LinkedIn and the voice recordings of your interviews) is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates or events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in respect of these Terms before the courts of your place of residence.
Dispute resolution
If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will do our best to find a solution. UK consumers can also obtain free guidance from Citizens Advice and may, where available, use an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
