Over twenty-five years in recruitment: first a career in a major staffing group up to regional director level, then twelve years of executive search with my own Milan boutique for Italian and Swiss companies, across middle and top management roles. Today, through Recruiting Lab, I advise companies on hiring processes and AI applied to HR.

I read CVs from the decision-maker’s side of the desk, and I know ATS platforms from the inside because I use them and help companies configure them: from international systems like Workday and SuccessFactors to British ones like Oleeo and Trac, used across the NHS. I trained at the European School of Economics, and with Bravo CV I help graduates build international careers, from the CV to the interview in a second language.
